When do I research on the Internet? (10/19)
You may use general search engines such as Google or free online encyclopaedias such as Wikipedia to get a quick overview of your topic. You can use them to specify some terms or facts that you do not know (e.g. specific dates). You will also find other materials on your topic on the Internet, for example, videos or graphs, which, on the one hand, can be helpful and informative, but, on the other hand, should not necessarily be employed as research sources in an academic work. In general, you should examine the sources found on the Internet with a critical eye and compare them to the sources found on other search platforms.
